
On June 16, 2025, Kiss Experience, Saratoga, and Baja California will perform on Friday the 15th, while Javier Ojeda (former Danza Invisible), Jeff Espinoza & The Gypsy Runners, and Rock and Rockets will take the stage on Saturday the 16th.
La Mar de Ruido, a classic music festival in the Asturian summer and a highlight of Avilés’ cultural programming every August, has unveiled the lineup for its twenty-first edition. The Muelle Park will once again be the chosen venue to fill the night with good music on Friday the 15th and Saturday the 16th of August.
The iconic band Kiss will be the highlight of the first night, thanks to Kiss Experience, a tribute band that brings to life the New Yorkers’ most recognizable anthems, imitating their iconic aesthetic. They describe their show as «a performance designed for the whole family, full of fun, passion, dedication, and great songs.»
Before them, one of the most successful and influential bands in the history of Spanish heavy metal, Saratoga, will take the stage in Avilés with their energy and hard rock. With over three decades of experience, led by Tete Novoa, one of the most prominent voices in the national scene.
To kick things off, the Asturian band Baja California, a hard rock band founded in 2012, known for their powerful live performances and having shared the stage with Barón Rojo, Kissing Dynamite, Kutxi Romero (Marea), and Saratoga. They were awarded the AMAS Prize for «Revelation Band» in 2015.
The Saturday, August 16th lineup will be headlined by Javier Ojeda, an icon of Spanish pop both for his solo career and as the unmistakable voice of Danza Invisible. The Malaga native will present his latest release, the compilation album «Poliamor,» after bidding farewell in 2024 to his main band, but with the same energy and desire to revisit his prolific career, full of great hits.
They will be preceded by Jeff Espinoza & The Gypsy Runners, a band of American roots music that combines a sophisticated and authentic blend of folk, country, rock, and blues. They have a unique repertoire that includes original compositions by Jeff Espinoza and very representative songs of the best American roots music.
Opening the Saturday lineup will be Rock and Rockets, an Asturian hard rock band that will skillfully and interpretively cover great classics of the genre.
Second Stage
La Mar de Ruido will incorporate a second stage in this new edition, where a local band will perform each day starting at 8:00 p.m. This band will also be responsible for entertaining the intermissions between each performance on the main stage, providing more entertainment for the audience.
