The responsible for ANPE Asturias staff, Mariela Fernández, has warned this Tuesday about the «numerous errors detected» in the provisional resolution of the General Transfer Competition (CGT) for teachers in Asturias, which has generated «a great uncertainty» among the 479 recently approved teaching officials in the 2024 call. ANPE has criticized the Ministry of Education for the complicated situation created, as «the legislation does not allow the correction of the error until the final list», keeping teachers who do not yet know their destination for the 2025-2026 academic year in suspense. The trade union organization has formally requested the Ministry to «publish a list, for informational purposes, with the correct destinations that should have been assigned to the selected individuals from the selective process», despite being aware that legally it is not possible to issue a new provisional list. Fernández has expressed the union’s concern about a situation she describes as «absolutely irregular», emphasizing the impact these errors can have on the professional planning of new teachers. ANPE states that it continues to work to defend the interests of teachers and demand maximum transparency in the administrative processes of destination allocation, with the aim of guaranteeing the legal security of public officials.
