The possibilities for choosing housing for each type of family unit have also been made more flexible. Thus, single-person families can choose both one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, while three-bedroom units can also be chosen by family units of three members (up to five).
The rental prices (ranging from 350 to 450 euros per month, depending on the type of housing) include maintenance expenses for both the community and individual heat pump inspections.
